Quick fixes:
Menu blocking the player?
Click the arrow it'll make the menu disappear.
White screen?
Close the app and relaunch it, should clear your cache automatically.
Video freezing?
Once it starts playing again pause it, wait a minute or two and resume.
There is a lighter white bar behind the players scroll that tells you how much video is already available to you..the more you have the less buffering you will encounter.
